HOW TO MAKE MONDAY BETTER!

Tips if you have a hard time....
......getting out of bed: say to yourself that this is going to be a great week, and remember to always be kind to yourself
......getting ready: wear something that you feel confident in, do your hair and makeup in a way that makes you feel good
......getting to school/ work: play a happy upbeat song that makes you feel good, play a song that you can jam out to in the car/ bus
......having a hard time focusing: be mindful and aware that you have drifted in your thoughts and then bring them back to what you are doing, maybe drawing on some paper could help
......the day feels like it it taking forever: make small goals for yourself, like reaching it to a certain time before getting up and walking around, or finish an assignment/ project, maybe start planning your Tuesday

Finally reward yourself for getting through another hard Monday, and don't forget that Tuesday is terrific!
